A structured, personalised, intensive 8 days of on-site customised digital consultancy and coaching for individuals and teams.

My digital Acceleration Program contains 8 Digital Coaching and Consulting Sessions on how you can improve on your efficiency and profitability and create a strategic digital marketing implementation plan that will move your business to a higher level and enable you to beat your competition.  It is 8 days of structured, personalized, intensive on-site digital consultancy coaching for individuals and teams.

Over the last 15 years I have exclusively focused on digital growth, optimization & turnaround for businesses. I’ve delivered some amazing results for those I’ve worked for, results that some companies have only dreamed of.  I’ve done this by analysing their customers, products, teams, their site conversion, PPC, SEO, social, referrals & a range of other factors & helped them track & improve each one – in the right order.

It involves me coming into your offices, assessing your aims, your ambitions, your team strengths and weaknesses, your current activities and then helping you over 10 days (not consecutively) to understand and energise your digital marketing to a whole new level.

I do this in-house working with you – not on Skype or email or with any automated content but actually in your office, with your team working specifically on your business.

Session 1 (Week 1)

I’ll start by sitting with you for the whole day examining your business at a forensic level understanding your business aims, targets, sales funnels, conversion rates, traffic sources, competitors and many other areas of the market that you are in.  By the end of day 1 we’ll have documented this clearly.  For many this is the first time they would have looked at their business in this way.

Session 2 (Week 2)

We then move on to understanding the digital landscape your company is operating in, your marketing strategies, your marketing budgets, customer lifetime value, ROI models and using these factors to understand your sales funnel even more.  Day 2 ends with all this being added to Day 1’s work and then you’ll get some homework to complete before the next time we meet (Usually 1 week)

Session 3 (Week 3)

Day 3 is always an exciting day as we dive deeply into your customer profiles, help you build personas, create persuasion architectures and start to understand who your ideal customers are and what they want to read on your web pages and marketing literature.  Day 3 ends with a project which will tell us in detail exactly what people really think about you and your products.

Session 4 (Week 4)

Day 4 we work through some in-house practicalities and dynamics.  We look at digital team building, marketing meeting structures, reporting mechanisms, workflow and development prioritisation, working as a team, understanding each other, and how to generate higher results.  We’ll also spend some time reflecting back on the feedback we would have received from Day 3’s project.

Session 5 (Week 5)

We deep dive into Adwords on Google and other pay-per-click platforms – we go through setting up campaigns, landing pages, tracking, calculating ROI, value attribution models, remarketing & budget management.  I’ll also go through A/B testing on PPC ads and landing pages.  We’ll have a heavy focus on targetted ads for the personas created on Day 3.

Sessions 6 & 7 (Weeks 6 & 7)

This is one of the most powerful modules you’re going to be trained in – conversion rate optimisation, 2 days of intensive training around analytics and A/B testing.  I’m going to show you how to take everything you’ve learned so far and build this into a testing program for your business the future.  At the end of Day 7 you’re going to have a prioritised list of tests to implement over the coming weeks and months specifically designed and prioritised around your business growth.  All tests are unique to you – we don’t just have a list for you to try!

Session 8 (Week 8)

Our final day together, we’ll review and draw plans up together to ensure a powerful practical application to your business.  You’re going to have an executable plan that covers all areas of digital in the right levels for your customers based on your resources and returns on investment. You’ll be equipped with some amazing skills and a blueprint for digital success which you’ll be able to use time and time again in the months and years ahead.

Course timings?

Because of the intensity of the topics and the work required by the teams (they get homework) I recommend 10 days spread over 8 to 10 weeks.

Whilst there are no guarantees, I invest a lot of time in your team sharing our my of expertise and knowledge which has proven very successful for other clients.

Any Support?

There's full email support between the training dates and then I can provide support outside of the program at an additional cost if required.

Payment Terms

I invoice upfront for the Digital Acceleration Program and your invoice must be paid to secure your dates.  Payment can be made via bank transfer, debit or credit card.

Location

I prefer to come to you so I can live and breathe your business. Travel outside of central London may include additional fees.

My standard cost covers up to 3 employees in the room (same 3 employees throughout the program) - please feel free to contact me for a quote regarding additional employees.
